The EC1001PR from Empower Semiconductor is a Silicon Power Capacitor that is ideal for decoupling in power distribution networks, voltage regulator (VR) bypass capacitors, power supply noise suppression, power integrity for high-speed ICs, signal integrity of high-speed interfaces, and high-frequency noise suppression applications. It has a capacitance of 220 nF. This capacitor has an ultra-low profile design supporting very low AC/DC bias variation. It offers very low equivalent series inductance (ESL) and equivalent series resistance (ESR) and provides high stability over temperature. This low leakage current capacitor has lead-free copper finish and is compatible with automatic reflow or manual soldering technologies. It is available in a surface-mount package that measures 1.0 x 0.5 mm.
