The B32714P series from TDK Corporation are Automotive-Grade DC Link Film Capacitors designed for frequency converters, industrial, high-end power supplies and solar inverters. They have a capacitance of 0.47 to 110 µF and a capacitance tolerance of up to ±10%. These capacitors have a voltage rating of up to 1200 V. They utilise polypropylene (MKP) dielectric with metallised polyester (PET) film as electrodes. They are available in 2-pin and 4-pin configurations, with lead spacing of up to 52.5 mm and lead diameter of up to 1.2 mm.  These AEC-Q200E-compliant capacitors have a high pulse handling capacity of up to 140 V/μs and low losses with high current capability. They have high CV, good self-healing properties and over-voltage capability. These capacitors are available in through-hole packages and are ideal for DC links.
