The B43655 Series from TDK Corporation are Automotive-grade Large-size Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors. They have a capacitance value ranging from 90-940 µF with a capacitance tolerance of ±20%. These AEC-Q200-rated capacitors have a voltage rating of up to 500 Vdc and a surge current that is 1.1 times the rated voltage. They feature a self-inductance of 20 nH and a dissipation factor of less than 0.2. These extremely high CV (capacitance × voltage) and ultra compact capacitors offer high reliability and ultra-high ripple current capability. They have an optimized design for base cooling and high ripple current density.
