The B43656 Series from TDK Corporation are Automotive-grade Large-size Aluminium Electrolytic Capacitors. They have a capacitance value ranging from 120-820 µF with a capacitance tolerance of ±20%. These AEC-Q200-rated capacitors have a voltage rating of 450 Vdc and can withstand a surge voltage that is 1.1 times the rated voltage. They feature a self-inductance of 20 nH and a dissipation factor of less than 0.2. These extremely high CV (capacitance × voltage) and ultra-compact capacitors offer high reliability and ultra-high ripple current capability.
