The CGA Series from TDK Corporation are AEC-Q200 Qualified Multilayer Ceramic Chip (MCC) Capacitors. They have a capacitance of up to 100 μF and a capacitance tolerance of up to ±20%. These capacitors have a voltage rating of 2.5 - 75 V. They are designed with a monolithic structure that ensures superior mechanical strength and high reliability. These non-polar capacitors offer excellent frequency characteristics such as low ESR and low ESL due to their simpler structure. They have low self-heating and high resistance values.
