The DAM3MB Series from Minebea Power Semiconductor Device are Automotive Qualified Surge Suppressor Diodes. These AEC-Q101 qualified diodes have a non-repetitive peak reverse voltage of up to 1800 W and a forward current of up to 150 A. They have a peak reverse current of up to 5 µA and a maximum clamping voltage of 17.3-74 V. These RoHS-compliant power diodes feature high transient reverse power capability. They are available in a surface-mount package that measures 7.6 x 4 x 2.5 mm and are ideal for automotive applications.
