The PESD32VF1BLS-QYL from Nexperia is an Automotive-Qualified Bidirectional Protection Zener Diode that is designed to protect a signal line from electrostatic discharge (ESD) and other transients. It has a repetitive peak reverse voltage of less than 32 V and a reverse current of 1 nA. This AEC-Q101-qualified diode has a low diode capacitance to provide excellent ESD suppression and complies with IEC 61000-4-2, level 4 standards.
