The PESD5V0H1BLG-Q from Nexperia is a Low-Clamping Unidirectional ESD Protection Diode that is designed to protect one automotive in-vehicle network bus line from the damage caused by ESD and other transients. The diode has a reverse stand-off voltage of up to 5 V and a breakdown voltage of 10 V. It has a rated pulsed current of less than 6.25 A and a reverse leakage current of up to 50 nA. This AEC-Q101 qualified diode supports ultra high-speed data lines such as USB 3.2 or HDMI 2.0 interfaces and has an ESD protection starting from 15 kV. It is available in a surface mount package that measures 1 x 0.6 x 0.45 mm and is ideal for automotive A/V monitors, display and cameras,  low-voltage differential signaling (LVDS) automotive, automotive multi-gigabit ethernet applications.
