The PMEG4010EXD-Q from Nexperia is an Automotive-Grade Schottky Barrier Rectifier Diode that is ideal for high-efficiency DC-to-DC conversion, low voltage rectification, switch mode power supply, freewheeling application, reverse polarity protection, OR-ing applications. This AEC-Q101 qualified rectifier has a forward voltage of up to 530 mV and a forward current of up to 1 A. It has a reverse voltage of up to 40 V and a reverse current of less than 50 µA.
