The PMEG4010EXD-Q from Nexperia is an Automotive-Grade Schottky Barrier Rectifier Diode that is ideal for high-efficiency DC-to-DC conversion, low voltage rectification, switch mode power supply, freewheeling application, reverse polarity protection, OR-ing applications. This AEC-Q101 qualified rectifier has a forward voltage of up to 530 mV and a forward current of up to 1 A. It has a reverse voltage of up to 40 V and a reverse current of less than 50 µA. This diode has a total power dissipation of 0.65 W and a non-repetitive peak forward current of up to 25 A. This Schottky barrier rectifier diode offers very low forward voltage and uses clip-bond technology to provide high power handling capability. It is available in a surface-mount power flat lead package with exposed heatsink for optimal thermal connection and measures 2.7 x 1.4 x 0.75 mm.
