The VS-QA100FA10 from Vishay is an Insulated Schottky Rectifier that is optimized for power conversion. It has a peak repetitive reverse voltage of over 100 V and a forward voltage of 1.03 V. This rectifier has a continuous forward current of up to 100 A, a reverse leakage current of up to 0.8 mA and has a power dissipation of 67 W.
