The CPW3-0600S003B from Wolfspeed is a Bare Die Silicon Carbide Schottky Diode that is ideal for switch mode power supplies (SMPS), boost diodes in PFC or DC/DC stages, free-wheeling diodes in inverter stages, AC/DC converters, solar energy systems, and other power applications. It has a forward voltage of 1.5 V and a forward current of up to 3 A. This diode has a reverse voltage of less than 600 V and a reverse current of 10 µA. It has a repetitive peak reverse voltage of up to 600 V and a non-repetitive peak forward current of less than 100 A. This Schottky rectifier diode offers extremely fast and temperature-independent switching, zero forward & reverse recovery, and high-frequency operation. It also offers parallel mode operation and increased power density, thereby reducing system size, weight, and cooling requirements.
