The SRP3212CL Series from Bourns are Shielded Power Inductors. They have inductance values of 0.3-1 µH and an inductive tolerance of up to ±20%. These inductors have a current rating of 4.5-7.5 A and offer a DCR of less than 22 milli-ohms. They have a shielded construction for low radiation and features low loss with high efficiency. These RoHS-compliant inductors are developed for use with DDR5 PMIC. They are available in surface-mount packages that measure 3.2 x 2.5 x 0.9 mm and are suitable for client DDR5 modules, desktop PCs, notebooks, and tablets.
