The KTA3030 Series from Coilcraft are Automotive-Grade Shielded Inductors. These power inductors have an inductance of 40-390 nH and a self-resonant frequency of 195-650 MHz. They have a saturation current of 9.4-56.0 A and a dynamic contact resistance (DCR) of less than 5.35 ohms. These AEC-Q200-qualified power inductors require a supply of 100 V. They have low inductance for fast transient response and high power in a multi-phase solution. These RoHS-compliant power inductors feature soft saturation with high current ratings and low power losses. They are available in a compact, surface-mount package that measures 3.2 x 3.0 x 3.2 mm.
