The TFM201612BLEA Series from TDK Corporation is AEC-Q200 Qualified Power Inductors that are ideal for power circuits. They have an inductance from 0.33-0.47 µH and an inductance tolerance of ±20%. These inductors have a saturation current of up to 6.7 A and a DC resistance of less than 22 milliohms.

These power inductors use thin-film metal magnetic material with high saturation magnetic flux density and a closed magnetic circuit structure to minimize leakage flux. They are suitable for ADAS ECU, in-vehicle camera (view camera, sensing camera), radar, meter cluster, and automotive communication module.
