The BD7284FV-LBE2 from ROHM Semiconductor is a Low Noise High Speed Quad Channel CMOS Operational Amplifier. It requires a single supply voltage of 2.5-5.5 V or a dual supply voltage of ±1.25 V to ±2.75 V. This high-speed op-amp features an input offset voltage of up to 2 mV and an input bias current of 0.5 pA. It provides an output voltage of up to 50 mV and an output current of up to 50 mA. This quad-channel CMOS operational amplifier delivers a large signal voltage gain of 115 dB and has a common mode rejection ratio (CMRR) of 100 dB. It features high slew rate, rail-to-rail input and output, low noise and low input bias current. This power op-amp is available in a surface-mount package that measures 5.0 x 6.4 x 1.35 mm and is ideal for industrial equipment, sensor amplifiers, battery-powered equipment, current monitoring amplifiers, ADC front ends, buffer amplifiers, photodiode amplifiers, and amplifiers.
