The CRCW0201-AT e3 Series from Vishay are AEC-Q200-Qualified Thick Film Resistors. These power resistors have a resistance in the range of 10 ohms to 10 mega-ohms and a resistance tolerance of up to ±5%. They have power ratings of up to 0.05 W and have an operating voltage of 30 V. These RoHS-compliant resistors utilise a cermet film layer and a glass-over deposited on a high-grade (Al2O3) ceramic substrate with its prepared inner contacts. They incorporate protective coating designed for electrical, mechanical and climatic protection.
