The LTO150 H Series from Vishay are Automotive-Grade High Power Thick Film Resistors. They have a resistance of 1-2.2 kilo-ohms and a tolerance of up to ±10%. These resistors have a voltage rating of up to 500 V and a power rating of 150 W. They are designed based on non-inductive thick film technology and exhibit high pulse absorption. These AEC-Q200 qualified resistors are used in direct contact with the heatsink and can absorb 30 % more energy than the standard LTO 150 series of resistors. They are available in through-hole packages.
