The WSBE Series from Vishay are Automotive-Grade Power Metal Strip Shunt Resistors. These resistors have resistance of 15-50 micro-ohms and resistance tolerance of up to 5%. They have power ratings of 36-50 W. These AEC-Q200-qualified resistors have high power capability that enables current sensing of up to 1825 A. They exhibit low TCR with a low thermal EMF of less than 1.25 μV/°C. These RoHS-compliant resistors use a proprietary processing technique that produces extremely low resistance values and has a welded construction. They are available in surface-mount packages.
