The BTH50030-1LUA from Infineon Technologies is an Automotive-Grade Single Channel High-Side Power Switch that has been designed to drive high current loads, such as heating systems, fans and pumps. It requires an operating voltage of 12-54 V. This AEC-Q100 Grade-1-qualified power switch has a low standby current and an output leakage current of 50 µA. It features ground loss protection, ESD protection and integrated diagnostic functions.
