The LQ05021RCS4 from Littelfuse is a Load Switch that has been designed to block reverse current from damaging sensitive electronic components. It requires an input voltage of 1.5-5.5 V, an input current of 450 nA, and provides an output current of up to 2 A. This load switch is based on cutting-edge design that is equipped with true reverse current blocking (TRCB) technology and output voltage slew rate control mechanism. This TRCB feature is particularly useful under conditions when the output voltage exceeds the input voltage by 25 mV (trip voltage), thereby deactivating the switch and preventing damage. The load switch will return to normal operation when the output voltage falls below the input source voltage.
