The LQ05022QCS4 from Littelfuse is an Integrated Load Switch IC that is ideal for mobile devices, data storage, SSD, IoT devices, wearables and low power subsystems. It has a maximum current capacity of 2 A and supports input voltage from 1.1 V to 5.5 V. This load switch IC features a quiescent current of 7 nA and a shutdown current of 28 nA, extending system battery life by minimising parasitic leakage current. It has an on-state resistance of 31 milli-ohms and integrates slew rate control function to actively limit inrush current during switching events, thereby reducing voltage droop and avoiding unwanted bus resets. This RoHS-compliant power switch IC has an internal output discharge switch and includes an internal pull-down resistor on the enable (EN) pin for easier system integration.
