The MCR100-8(LS) from Diodes Incorporated is a Sensitive Gate Silicon-Controlled Rectifier with a blocking voltage of 600 V. It has a peak forward on-state voltage of up to 1.5 V, an on-state current rating of 0.25 A, and a gate trigger current of 50 µA. This lead-free SCR has a sensitive gate that allows triggering by microcontrollers and other logic circuits. It features a high surge current capability of 9 A and a glass passivated surface for reliability and uniformity.
