The MS T1352C30 from MS Power is a Phase Control Thyristor that has been designed to provide full blocking capability over a wide operating temperature range. It has a break-over voltage of up to 3600 V and a break-over current of 21 kA. This silicon-controlled rectifier (SCR) has a gate trigger voltage of 3 V and a gate trigger current of 250 mA.
