The BTW69-200 from STMicroelectronics is a Silicon Controlled Rectifier that is ideal for solid-state relays, welding equipment, high-power motor control, controlled AC/DC bridge, and heating systems applications. It has a break-over voltage of 1200 V and a break-over current of 50 A. This rectifier has a gate trigger voltage of 1.3 V and a gate trigger current of less than 80 mA.
