The 1250A-1S-230 from Bourns is an AC Surge Protective Device that is ideal for electrical service entrances, EV charging stations, branch panels, power circuits, and heavy industrial applications. It has a voltage rating of up to 275 V and a current rating of less than 125 A.  This surge protective device has been designed to protect high-risk electrical service entrance and branch panels and is intended to be installed at the front end of the installation, in the main switchboard, close to sensitive terminals, or in other areas without LPS (lightning rods). It can be configured for both common-mode and differential-mode protection in single and three-phase applications. This surge protector includes a highly reliable protected metal oxide varistor (MOV) with an advanced thermal disconnector and complies with UL 1449/EN-61643-11 standards. It is available in a DIN rail-mount package that measures 64.3 x 90 mm.
