The HTX8045C Series from Coilcraft are AEC-Q200 Qualified LLC Half-Bridge Transformers designed for use in isolated Silicon Carbide and GaN gate. They offer inductance values from 75-120 µH and have a DCR rating of less than 0.450 ohms. These transformers are built using ferrite core material and can withstand an isolation voltage of 5000 VDC/3535 Vrms between primary and secondary windings. They have low interwinding capacitance to minimize EMI and to achieve high CMTI (Common Mode Transient Immunity).  

These RoHS-compliant transformers are rated for ambient operating temperatures from –40°C to +125°C. They are available in surface-mount packages that measure 8.20 x 5.30 x 4.85 mm and are suitable for automotive OBC and traction inverters in EV/HEV.
