The T6410MHR from Digitron Semiconductors is a Bidirectional Triode (Thyristor) that is ideal for control circuits, heater and motor controls, and other switching applications. It has a break-over voltage of 600 V and a break-over current of less than 40 A. This thyristor has a gate trigger voltage of up to 1.35 V and a gate trigger current of 40 mA. It is designed to offer high reliability as per MIL-PRF-19500 standards, making it suitable for industrial and commercial applications for full wave control of AC loads. This triac is available in a stud-mount package that measures 41.81 x 14.30 mm.
