The DV 115 K 4032 from Bourns is a Medium Voltage Varistor that has been designed to protect electronic equipment against high voltage surges in the medium voltage region.  It has an AC voltage rating of 115 V (RMS), a DC voltage rating of 150 V, and a clamping voltage of 300 V. This varistor provides superior transient energy absorption due to its improved energy volume distribution and power dissipation.
