The DV 150 K 3225 from Bourns is a Medium Voltage Metal Oxide Varistor that has been designed to protect electronic equipment against high voltage surges in the medium voltage region. It has an AC voltage rating of 150 V, a DC voltage rating of 200 V, and a clamping voltage of 395 V. This varistor offers excellent transient energy absorption due to improved energy volume distribution and power dissipation and has a very low profile.
