The IEEE Electron Devices Society (EDS) conference, CAS 2025, will take place in Sinaia, Romania, from October 7-11, 2025. The conference, one of Europe's oldest, brings together academic scientists, researchers, industry specialists, and students to exchange research in nanoscience, micro- and nanotechnologies, and semiconductor devices physics and technology. The event attracts around 150 participants, who share practical experiences, discuss challenges, and find solutions in emerging areas of micro- and nanotechnologies.
