GaN Marathon is an important event focusing on the GaN community which includes the latest innovations in the GaN Industry. This edition(GaN Marathon 2022) will be a fully in-person event featuring 3 Keynote speakers, Prof. Hiroshi Amano (Nagoya University), and Prof. Srabanti Chowdhury (Stanford University), and Prof. Debdeep Jena (Cornell University), who will open the discussion on Monday morning. Then, 33 invited speakers and 32 regular/student speakers will present the most recent results from the GaN community.
