The purpose of PRECEDE 2023 is to bring together academic and industrial researchers, share research results, and discuss upcoming advancements in model predictive control for electrical drives and power electronics. The IEEE will publish the accepted papers for PRECEDE 2023 in conference proceedings, which will then be added to the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. After additional revisions as specified by the TPEL, all conference papers may be submitted to IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics (TPEL). 

Topics of interest include:

• New model predictive control (MPC) methods for electrical drives and power converters.
•  Robust predictive control solutions. 
• Implementa on issues of MPC (e.g. FPGA, DSP, etc.). 
• Data-driven (modeless) predictive control techniques. 
• Artificial intelligence in predictive control frame. 
• Related predictive control techniques in renewable energy devices or systems.
