As demand for intelligent mobility and artificial intelligence continues to grow, PANJIT is presenting a portfolio of high-performance, high-reliability solutions for these rapidly evolving markets. 

For automotive applications, PANJIT is showcasing comprehensive solutions for next-generation 48 V automotive systems, featuring automotive-grade protection devices and advanced silicon carbide (SiC) technologies. The portfolio supports key applications, including Electric Power Steering (EPS), Battery Management Systems (BMS), powertrain systems, and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), delivering the reliability, efficiency, and performance required by global automakers and Tier 1 suppliers. 

To meet the growing demand for higher-power AI servers and improved thermal performance, PANJIT is showcasing its Wide SOA MOSFETs for Hot-Swap applications, together with its latest advanced packaging technologies. These solutions help prevent thermal runaway while reducing conduction and switching losses, delivering higher efficiency, superior thermal performance, and enhanced reliability for next-generation AI server power systems. 

To demonstrate product performance, PANJIT has established a CNI Live Demonstration Zone, where visitors can observe real-time thermal measurements showcasing the superior heat dissipation capabilities of its devices. The booth also features advanced packaging technologies, including Full-Cu Clip, Dual-Side Cooling (DSC), and Side Wettable Flanks (SWF), highlighting PANJIT's innovation in advanced packaging. 

PANJIT is also presenting its latest IC solutions for industrial and precision equipment applications. The Integrated Motor Drive Solution for Dexterous Hands integrates an MCU, gate driver, and MOSFETs into a single device, combining a 32-bit AI Motor MCU with advanced Field-Oriented Control (FOC) algorithms. Compared with conventional designs, the solution reduces PCB area by 30% and component count by 80%, while improving the responsiveness and stability of brushless DC motors. 

Additional demonstrations include the All-in-One BLDC Motor Control Solution and the Pre-Driver IC Solution for Power Tools, supporting applications from industrial automation to power tools. PANJIT is also showcasing its ultra-low-power piezoelectric pump driver, capable of delivering 190 Vpp differential output for high-precision liquid cooling in compact electronic devices.
