NIC Components announced the expansion of the popular NMC-H series of surface mount ceramic chip capacitors featuring voltage ratings from 200 V to 5000 V in NPO and X7R TCCs that supports capacitance values covering 0.1 pF to 2.2 μF with cases from 0402 to 2225.
The robust MLCC ceramic chip construction is Halogen-free, RoHS & REACH compliant, and compatible with +260°C peak Pb-free reflow soldering processes. Evaluation samples are available upon request.
