The NV6288’s integrated GaNSense™ motor drive technology eliminates the need for external current-sensing resistors, reducing conduction losses and PCB hotspots. This innovation boosts system efficiency by up to 0.5% in high-frequency applications like boost PFC circuits, while also enabling precise over-temperature and short-circuit protection. Navitas emphasizes environmental responsibility with RoHS, Pb-free, and REACH compliance. The NV6288 contributes to up to 40% energy savings compared to silicon-based solutions and supports a system-level reduction of 4 kg CO2 per unit.
Designed for a wide range of topologies—including ACF, buck, boost, LLC, full-bridge, and motor drive inverters—the NV6288 supports both AC-DC and DC-DC conversion. Its autonomous synchronous rectification and standby modes further optimize performance in light-load and freewheeling conditions.
