The NV6288 from Navitas Semiconductor is a Half-Bridge Motor Driver IC. It requires an input voltage of 10-24 V. This motor driver has a continuous voltage rating of 650 V and a transient voltage rating of 800 V. It enables integrated lossless current sensing, which eliminates external current sensing resistors and increases system efficiency.
