Products and Solutions

e-peas’ product portfolio reflects its commitment to sustainable innovation:

AEMs (Energy Harvesting PMICs): Designed to extract maximum energy from ambient sources, these power management ICs support photovoltaic, thermal, and kinetic inputs with industry-leading efficiency. e-peas’ energy management solutions combine the highest-in-class ambient energy conversion efficiency with ultra-low quiescent current and cold-start power, enabling reliable, autonomous operation even in energy-scarce environments. Designed for seamless integration, these compact modules feature a minimal PCB footprint and are backed by dedicated technical support and a strategic ecosystem of over 30 partners—ensuring compatibility, scalability, and accelerated deployment across diverse applications.

Ultra-Low-Power Microcontrollers (MCUs): Optimized for minimal energy consumption, e-peas’ MCUs extend the operational life of embedded systems and reduce reliance on battery replacements. This ultra-low-power microcontroller features a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0 core operating at 24 MHz, with a supply range of 1.8–3.3 V and active current as low as 18 μA/MHz. It integrates efficient power management via inductive buck converters, LDOs, and multiple operating modes—including a 1 MHz low-power mode—for dynamic energy scaling. The system supports coreless communication through an 8-channel DMA controller, inter-peripheral signaling, and clock gating, while offering 256 kB single-cycle flash with cache and 32 kB SRAM, including granular retention in deep sleep for optimized standby performance.

With demanding sustainability and autonomy, e-peas stands at the forefront of energy-efficient innovation. By delivering integrated solutions that merge energy harvesting, intelligent power management, and ultra-low-power compute, the company empowers designers to build smarter, greener, and longer-lasting electronic systems. e-peas continues to lead the energy sector with its continuous innovation and cutting-edge solutions.
