The 4340 LiFe Series from Mascot AS are AC-DC Converters that step down an AC input voltage of 90- 264 V to a DC output voltage of 13.2-52.8 V. They deliver an output power of 80 W and have an efficiency of 90%. These converters have a ripple of up to 100 mV p-p and a switching frequency of approximately 65 kHz. They offer safety indication and protection against reverse polarity, short circuit, charging battery packs with the wrong number of cells, and safety timer run-out. These UL-certified converters meet EN 60601-1 ed. 3.1 and 3.2, Home healthcare EN 60601-1-11, and EN 60601-1-2 ed. 4 standards, ensuring good EMI and EMC performance. They are available in compact PCB-mount packages that measure 172.5 × 73 × 42 mm and have a mass of 400 g.
