The BCM4414BH0E5035M10 from Vicor is an Isolated Fixed-Ratio DC-DC Bus Converter that converts an input bus voltage of 500-800 V to a voltage of 31.3-50.0 V. It delivers a continuous low-voltage-side current of up to 35 A, a continuous power of up to 1500 W, and has an efficiency of 97.4%. This converter provides an excellent power density of up to 797 W/in³ and integrates DC-DC conversion, integrated filtering, and PMBus commands and controls. It leverages the thermal and density benefits of Vicor’s VIA packaging technology while offering high MTBF.  

This RoHS-compliant converter can withstand an isolation voltage of up to 4300 V and incorporates overvoltage, overcurrent, undervoltage, short circuit, and thermal protection. It is available in a through-hole PCB mount package that measures 110.55 x 35.54 x 9.40 mm and is ideal for high-voltage DC power distribution, 3-phase AC-DC converters, information and communication technology (ICT) equipment, high-end computing systems, automated test equipment, industrial systems, high-density energy systems, transportation, green buildings and microgrid applications.
