The EVCC from Sensata Technologies is an Electric Vehicle Communication Controller that has been designed to ensure integration and communication between electric vehicles and charging stations. This EV ECU includes an integrated flash bootloader and a modern MICROSAR stack with all relevant application modules and is suitable for 24 V environments. It supports both CCS1 and CCS2 inlets and features Plug and Charge (PnC) capability, allowing vehicle authentication and charging initiation upon connection. This EV ECU realizes electrical charging according to DIN SPEC 70121 and ISO 15118 for power line communication (PLC) with the infrastructure.
