The S2F Series from Vishay are Fast Acting Thin Film Chip Fuses designed to ensure circuit continuity with minimal resistance and reliable interruption under overload conditions. They have a current rating of over 7 A and a voltage rating of up to 63 V. These UL 248-14 compliant fuses offer maximal protection as they are designed to open within 1 min at 200 % overload. They offer low resistance and have a body temperature rise of less than 75 °C at 100 % rated current. These fuses are available in surface-mount packages.
