The DGD0227 from Diodes Incorporated is a Dual High-Speed Gate Driver that is ideal for DC-DC converters, line drivers, motor controls, and switched mode power supply (SMPS) applications. It requires an input voltage of 4.5 - 18 V. This gate driver features logic inputs that are compatible with standard TTL and CMOS logic, ensuring easy interfacing with microcontrollers. It provides fast and well-matched propagation delay that allows high-speed operations, thereby enabling more compact power-switching designs with smaller components.  It is capable of driving MOSFETs and IGBTs with high efficiency, excellent sink output current capability, and sharp rise and fall times. This RoHS-compliant driver is available in a surface-mount package that measures 6.20 x 5.00 x 1.75 mm.
