The Si82391BD-IS from Skyworks Solutions is an Automotive Qualified Isolated Gate Driver that is ideal for power delivery systems, motor control systems, isolated DC-DC power supplies, lighting control systems, on-board chargers, battery management systems, charging stations, traction inverters, hybrid electric vehicles, battery electric vehicles, solar and industrial inverter applications. It requires an input voltage of 6.5 - 24 V. This AEC Q-100-qualified gate driver combines two isolated drivers in one package for high-power applications, with independent or single input control options. It utilizes Silicon Laboratories' proprietary silicon isolation technology that can withstand voltage of up to 5 kV (RMS), offers a high CMTI (100 kV/µs), low propagation delays and skew, reduced variation with temperature and age, and tighter part-to-part matching. 

This RoHS-compliant gate driver includes output under voltage lockout (UVLO) fault detection, automatic shutdown, delayed start-up, fail-safe operation, and dead-time programmability for precise control. It also offers advanced features and unmatched reliability for driving power MOSFETs and IGBTs in various applications. It is available in a surface-mount package that measures 9.90 x 6.00 x 1.75 mm.
