The TLP5791H from Toshiba is an Integrated Gate Driver Photocoupler. This gate driver requires a supply voltage of 10-30 V and a supply current of up to 2 mA. It has a maximum output peak current of ±1 A and an input forward current of 25 mA. This gate driver has a threshold input current of 5 mA and a propagation delay time of 500 ns. It has a common mode transient immunity of more than ±20 kV/µs and an insolation voltage of 5000 Vrms. This gate driver consists of an infrared LED and an integrated high-gain, high-speed photodetector.
