The TLP5794H from Toshiba is an Integrated Gate Driver Photocoupler. This gate driver requires a supply voltage of 15-30 V and a supply current of up to 3 mA. It has an output peak current of -6/+4 A with rail-to-rail output enabling stable operation and better switching performance. This gate driver has a threshold input current of 5 mA and a propagation delay time of 200 ns. It has a common mode transient immunity of more than ±50 kV/µs and an insolation voltage of 5000 Vrms. This gate driver consists of an infrared LED and an integrated high-gain, high-speed photodetector. It is available in a surface-mount package that measures 10.00 x 7.50 x 3.84 mm and is ideal for photovoltaic (PV) inverters, industrial inverters, induction cooktops, home appliances, air conditioner inverters, MOSFET gate drivers, and IGBT gate drivers.
