The TB67S569FTG from Toshiba is a Two-Phase Bipolar Stepper Motor Driver IC that has been designed for driving and controlling bipolar stepper motors.   It requires an input voltage of 24 V. This motor driver enables users to take advantage of precision control over a 2-phase bipolar stepper motor using built-in advanced PWM chopper technology and BiCD process integration. It can withstand voltages of up to 40 V and handle maximum currents of 2.0 A, ensuring reliable operation under demanding conditions. This motor driver employs advanced dynamic mixed decay (ADMD) function for optimized PWM constant-current drive. It includes protection features such as over-temperature detection (TSD), over-current detection (ISD), and low supply voltage detection (UVLO) that provide enhanced operational reliability.

This RoHS-compliant motor driver uses the internal regulator for power supply and reduces the need for external component requirements. It is available in a surface-mount package that measures 5 x 5 x 1 mm.
