The 400V On-Board Charger from Delta Electronics is a Bi-directional On-Board Charging Module that is designed to convert an AC voltage of 85-270 V/300-460 V (1-phase/3-phase) to a high-voltage DC output of 260-460 V. It also includes a DC-DC converter that converts an input voltage of 260-460 V to an output voltage of 9-16 V. This liquid-cooled on-board charger (OBC) offers a rated output power of 11 kW and achieves an efficiency greater than 94%. It is equipped with CAN communication for seamless integration with vehicle systems and weighs 18 kg. This IP67-rated OBC measures 460 x 310 x 110 mm. In addition to transmitting power from the power grid to the vehicle battery, this bi-directional OBC can also transmit power from the battery to the outside of the vehicle, including transmission to the power grid (V2G), home power (V2H), and power to other vehicles (V2V) and the transmission of power such as electrical equipment (V2L).
