The ROBC6.6-20380 from Rawsun Power is an On-Board Charger that is ideal for hybrid electric vehicles, full electric vehicles, electric buses, electric logistics vehicle applications. It requires an AC input voltage of 85-264 V. This charger delivers a DC output power of 6.6 kW and has an efficiency of 95.5%. It can operate over the rated grid voltage for different customer battery packs and special designs of DC voltage output. This on-board charger is equipped with an advanced interleave active power factor correction (APFC) circuit to bring the utilization rate of electric energy close to 1 and reduce the harmonic pollution at the same time. It includes over-voltage protection (OVP), short-circuit protection (SCP), and over-temperature protection (OTP) to ensure high reliability.

This charger can be controlled using CAN communication interface and this interface can be used to communicate with the battery management system (BMS). It is available in an IP67-rated module that measures 301 x 246 x 126 mm.
