The INTERFLOW500G from Suncar is an On-Board Fast DC Charger that has been designed to interface with electric vehicles and machinery. It requires an AC input voltage of 12 V/24 V. This charger provides a DC output voltage of up to 1000 V and a DC output current of less than 500 A. It can be used as a standalone DC charging interface or in combination with an on-board charger (OBC) and is capable of controlling the DC charging session. This charger features an HV connector, HV switches and interlock switch and a temperature sensor in the mainboard. It features galvanically isolated HV current and voltage measurements. This IP67/IK09-rated charger benefits from a communication unit, current measurement and relays that enable the charging of high-voltage batteries according to the CCS standard. It is available in a module that measures 330 x 230 x 111 mm.
