The CDSOD323-TXXC-Q Series from Bourns are JEDEC-qualified TVS Diodes designed for surge and ESD protection in portable devices such as computer notebooks, cellular phones, personal digital assistants (PDAs), MP3 players, GPS, USB interfaces, automotive and digital cameras. They have a working voltage of 5-12 V in a bidirectional configuration. These diodes provide ESD protection of up to 30 kV. They feature peak pulse power up to 350 W, with operating and storage temperatures from -55 to +150 °C. These TVS diodes are available in surface-mount packages.
